One two-month cruise through the Land Down Under was terminated following the fatal incident of an older lady who was stranded by the ship on a distant coastal location.

The elderly woman had been trekking on the tropical location with other travelers from the cruise ship, but broke off from the group for a break. The ship left without her and returned later that day after the personnel realised the lady was missing.

A major rescue mission found her remains the subsequent day.
