The Popular Show Season Four Unveils the Fighters Table

Since the launch of Campaign 4, new Dungeon Master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a thrilling plot including celestial beings, demons, and dark forces increasing in influence within the city.

Warning: Spoilers for the latest installment of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Warrior Group Unveiled

The third episode finished on a dramatic pause and presented the first table of heroes who will separate from the central cast to embark on their separate journey, apart from the additional parties.

This warrior group consists of Teor (played by Travis), Thimble (Laura Bailey), the strong-willed figure (Whitney), Wicander (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie).

The Reason for Division

With a large ensemble, it was clear from the outset that maintaining everyone at the same party would be unworkable.

This explains, the opening chapters of the new season serve as an Introduction, weaving together the personal journeys before splitting into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Strategists, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

As described by the Dungeon Master, the combat-focused party is for adventurers who enjoy a typically action-packed fight-heavy gameplay experience where diplomatic options are rare.

Initially, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might appear mismatched, but the events of episode 3 show why these specific adventurers are perfectly fit for the combat party.

Why They Must Go

First, the team has a clear idea where to go next after a brutal first encounter with the enemy group.

A former ally of Thjazi Fang—whose death initiated the story’s plot—manipulated the foes for his personal gain, entering the hidden lair, assaulting the rogue, and taking all the powerful objects to sell off.

The traitor then settled his debts and escaped to a fortified location in Gormalay, Timmony, north of the urban center, with Cyd Pridesire hot on his heels.

Individual Reasons

Moreover, each character has a individual motive to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as Thjazi’s partner and closest confidant, desires vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows Timmony and cautions that it is a nasty location.
  • Tyranny and The cleric, having resisted his house’s orders to kill the fighter and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • However, their position as important members in the influential clan could assist the group reach places they usually can’t.
  • Moreover, The fighter vowed a unbreakable promise to The cleric for his salvation and will now go with him wherever.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are sought by the authorities that control Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making staying in the city too risky:

  • The agile adventurer and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and The cleric defied House Halovar and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The target is marked for death by the family.

This results in them few options but to travel to Timmony in search of Casimir.

What’s Next?

Based on the recent installment’s post-show segment, we discover that the warrior group won’t be around in the upcoming installment, leaving the other eight players to round up the Explorers and Schemers parties.

Viewers can anticipate discovering which players will be assigned to which table in Campaign 4’s concluding setup installment, released on next week.
