The Liverpool striker, who hasn't featured from 22 October because of a groin injury, has been chosen for World Cup qualifying fixtures versus Switzerland (November 15th) plus the Slovenian side (November 18th)

Former manager the Danish coach lost his job after the national team's setback against Kosovo on 13 October, a result which rendered straight qualification from Group B unattainable

Sweden find themselves last place of their qualifying group with only a single point in four matches
